I laid the pieces on a flat surface and applied glue to the ends of the rails. I used a clamp to hold everything in place while I secured the pieces with kreg screws. After the glue dried I fit every drawer to the face opening.

I seki the drawer front in place and used old playing cards to create an even spacing (about a 16th on an inch) around the drawer front.

Cut two 1x4s to the same length bey the left side of the tamamen. Use the waste to cut four triangle braces. Screw the two 1x4s together and then evenly space the braces and screw them to each 1×4.

I set the bottom drawer in place and saw miter box flushed up the drawer slides to the front of the drawer. I drove one screw on each side. I pulled the drawer out slowly and drove a couple more screws on each side.

By switching to the fine thread the mesele was solved. We where using screws we had lying around rather than buying specific wood screws or screw recommended by the jig manufacturer.

The design and nature of the blade and the fact that you have to bring it to the material makes it almost impossible to use this saw on large workpieces.
